RecoverFlowOn nine decline codes, Stripe documents that it will not attempt the charge again until a new payment method is attached. The schedule keeps running and attempt_count keeps climbing all the same, so those cases look busy while they wait. The money is in the rest, and RecoverFlow goes after it with timed retries and dunning under your brand.
Start by seeing how your failures split. Reads your own Stripe export, in your browser. No account, no Stripe access, nothing uploaded.
Already know you want the full picture? The 90 day backtest reads your history and costs nothing. After that it is 25% of what we bring back, never below $29 a month or above $299, with nothing at all up front.
Authorize on Stripe, no card up front, cancel anytime. Simple pricing ↓
The recovery dashboard: every failed payment and the dollars brought back. Demo data.
01 / Process
Connect your Stripe account once. RecoverFlow takes it from there.
02 / Pricing
No plans, no seats, nothing up front. A cut of the revenue we actually bring back, with a small floor so a quiet month still keeps the lights on and a hard cap so a bad month for you is never a better one for us.
03 / Access & data
You're connecting your revenue system. Here's exactly what that means.
RecoverFlow installs as a Stripe App with permissions you grant, and can withdraw by uninstalling it, from your own Stripe dashboard at any time.
Stripe holds every card and processes every retry. Card data never touches RecoverFlow's servers.
Disconnecting takes one click in Stripe and your billing keeps working exactly as before. No contracts, no exports held hostage.
04 / Capabilities
No dashboards to babysit. RecoverFlow reacts to your Stripe webhooks in real time.
Payday-aware retries for insufficient funds, backoff schedules for processing errors, never a blind retry.
Every decline code is sorted into hard, soft, or unknown, so you only retry the payments worth retrying.
Automatic, well-timed emails prompt customers to update an expired card before you even need to retry.
Standard OAuth linking with encrypted tokens at rest. Three permissions in total: read your customers, read your invoices, and pay an unpaid one.
Know exactly which retry, card update, or email sequence brought a customer back, and pay only for what worked.
Connect your Stripe account and RecoverFlow starts protecting your subscription revenue immediately.
05 / Questions
No. Dunning emails are sent under your brand, and retries look like any other charge attempt from your Stripe account. Your customers never see the name RecoverFlow.
Three permissions: read your customers, read your invoices, and pay an unpaid invoice, which is what a retry is. That is the whole list, and Stripe shows it to you on the screen where you approve it. You can uninstall from your Stripe dashboard at any time, and we never see or store card numbers. Stripe holds those.
Stripe's Smart Retries help, but they're generic. RecoverFlow classifies each decline code and reacts differently: payday-aware retries for insufficient funds, immediate card-update emails for expired cards, backoff for processing errors. It then layers branded dunning sequences on top. The two coexist fine; we simply recover what slips through.
We attribute every recovery to the retry, card update, or email that caused it. Payments that came back on their own are never counted. At the end of each month you get an invoice for 25% of attributed recoveries, topped up to $29 if it came out below that and reduced to $299 if it came out above. The $29 floor is waived for your first 30 days.
Retries are spaced deliberately and capped, never blind, back-to-back attempts. Hard declines (stolen card, closed account) are never retried at all, which is exactly the behavior that avoids disputes.
Disconnect RecoverFlow from your Stripe dashboard in one click. Nothing breaks, nothing changes in your billing, and you owe nothing beyond fees on payments already recovered.
06 / Who builds it
I'm Bruce McGinley, and I built RecoverFlow because failed payments are the most fixable revenue leak in SaaS. It's early, and you won't find a wall of customer logos here yet. What you will find: a free backtest on your own data, pricing where I only win when you do, and my direct email at the bottom of this page.
